There is some big news though we are leaving England and going on to a new assignment. Its a little bittersweet as we will be close to family but will miss our home we have had for 3 years. We are going to Minot ND, and was very skeptical at first but now we are more than excited. Mostly to wrap our arms around our family who we havent seen in almost 2 years! Here you go family and friends this is just  a couple of pictures ian and I got for xmas. Oh and our pretty christmas tree. :)

Ian and I are trying to eat a little healthier. I was on pinterest and found a recipe that looked really interesting. I thought we would try it. I made Cauliflower Pizza. It is Cauliflower crust pizza only 150 calories for a 9 X9 pizza! Here is the crust I made from cauliflower.
This is the crust that is made from shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, and spices and then you just flatten it out like a pizza.

This is after the pizza crust has been cooked and the toppings put on and then it goes in the oven for 4 more minutes

This is the finishing pizza
I think he liked it haha funny picture

It was pretty yummy I must say and I was glad because my kitchen was an absolute disaster lol
I just thought this was an adorable picture so I decided to put it on here. This is the night of the opening cermony for the olympics!

Day at the Beach

Since we are in England we normally don't get good beach weather, but this weekend it was beautiful. So we decided to go to Gorlston Beach in Great Yarmouth about 2 hours from here. We brought blaze so he could get his first taste of the ocean. I dont think he liked it too much judging by these photos. Poor Boy!
THIS IS HIM BEFORE THE PLUNGE TO THE OCEAN

AND THIS IS HIM AFTER!

I felt horrible after seeing these pictures, he did not like it what so ever I think I was having so fun I didnt notice, I think he will hate me for the REST OF HIS LIFE!

WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL DAY!

After we were done playing in the water we decided to walk the Pleasure Beach pier. We went into an arcade and played a little games it was fun. This is ian hitting the big macho thing with a hammer. I couldnt upload any videos for some reason

Stone Henge, and Bath

I have not wrote a thing in this blog for a long time too long! I am determined to write in it more. I wish I could be the awesome blogger my sister n law kristina is but I dont know if Ill ever be haha. I am going to start the blog from the first two weeks when Ian got back from deployment. The first thing we did was visit one of the Seven wonders of the world. It was amazing, what was it well it was the
Mysterious......

STONE HENGE!

It was so awesome to actually see it. We had heard it was pretty boring and was just a big pile of rocks. I cant believe we waited 2 years to see it. Yes it is but if you really open your mind think of how they were put there the 3 top boulder rocks are called bluestone and they weigh over 10 tons each. How the heck did someone get them on top and on perfect alignment. After 2 hours staring at it and taking pictures we did get kind of tired of it, not to mention it was freezing cold that day! In the middle of MAY too, I am so over the cold weather here sorry venting but it was a gorgeous thing to see here are some pictures we took

this is the head stone where the sunrise and the sunset are perfectly aligned with the tip top of the stone

It was so much fun and our journey did not end we went to one of the biggest english heritage sites the city of BATH!
